CBS’ 60 Minutes Withheld Information: Researcher Starbird Was Funded by Democrats, Donated to Biden’s Campaign

News magazine 60 Minutes interviewed liberal attack dog Kate Starbird on Sunday, where the so-called researcher alleged that X only responded to 30 percent of the “misinformation” she identified.

The program even went so far as to criticize Representative Jim Jordan, portraying him as intimidating individuals such as Starbird, whom they featured as independent, diligent, and truth-seekers.

However, the show failed to disclose that their star researcher, Starbird, was actually Biden’s lapdog and received millions of dollars in funding through the National Science Foundation.

Starbird headed a project in NSF and collaborated with the Department of Homeland Security, working under its Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

Under the subcommittee on CISA, the researcher published a recommendation on handling so-called information risks to “critical functions.” Her subcommittee also advised CISA on ways to identify “informational threats,” work with “governmental” and “non-governmental” entities to debunk misinformation, and work with left-wing research and pro-censorship groups to address alleged misinformation.

As reported by the Daily Caller News Foundation, CISA’s subcommittee courted left-wing research groups and pro-censorship organizations in its initiatives to subdue perceived misinformation.

In 2018, certified anti-Trumper Starbird called on her followers to vote Democrat and demand Trump be held accountable for “corruption and collusion” and his “racist, anti-LGBT agenda.” She also equates “nationalism” and “patriotism” as “white supremacy.”

During the 2020 elections, Comrade Starbird used AI to silence millions of social media posts supporting Trump and flagged posts that she deemed “false,” or, in other words, didn’t fit the liberal narrative.

She labeled individuals who repeatedly share or post “election misinformation” as Trump supporters.

Starbird also partnered with the Election Integrity Partnership, a CISA-funded censorship consortium, to monitor and silence belief systems at a certain scale for months.

The news magazine show on CBS attempted to portray Starbird as an innocent researcher who was non-partisan and objective. I was hoping that they could get away with it.

But maybe Starbird can teach CBS about one or two things about research, as they missed informing the public that the researcher even posed on Facebook, “If we can’t stop it here, it won’t be stopped” (referring to white nationalism).

Hypocritically, the researcher even said during the interview, “It’s interesting that the people that pushed voter fraud lies are some of the same people that are trying to discredit researchers that are trying to understand the problem.”

Based on Federal Election Commission data, Starbird also donated to Biden’s 2020 campaign.
