Republican Senators offered Joe Biden’s radical left Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson some of the easiest questions on Tuesday.

Many points were raised, including Jackson’s leniency in child pornography cases. Republican Tennessee Senator Marsha Blackburn asked KBJ to “define a woman” on the second day of his confirmation hearings.

“Could you give me a definition for ‘woman?'” Senator Blackburn enquired. “Could I give you a definition?” “No,” Jackson stated flatly. “I’m sorry, but I’m not able to.”

“Are you sure you can’t?” Blackburn was the next to respond. “Not in this context,” Jackson said, “I’m not a scientist.”

“Do you think the definition of the term woman is so ambiguous and contentious that you can’t offer me one?” Blackburn pressed his case even harder. “Senator, in my capacity as a judge, I resolve conflicts.

When there’s a disagreement about a term, people argue, and I look at the law and make a decision,” Jackson added.

This exchange became widely publicized, with Americans on both sides blaming Jackson for failing to clarify such a basic concept.

On the third day of the hearing, Republican Louisiana Senator John Kennedy went a step further and questioned the SCOTUS candidate, “When does life begin?” “Senator… hmm… I don’t… know,” Jackson said, followed by a flurry of embarrassed laughing. “Do you have a belief?” Senator Kennedy followed up.

“I have, um, personal religious and other beliefs that have nothing to do with the law in terms of when life begins,” Jackson said. Senator Kennedy then inquired about the judge’s “personal belief,” to which Jackson replied, “I have a religious position that I lay aside when I am deciding issues.”

Many people are concerned about this conversation, as well as many other unresolved questions by Jackson, because the Supreme Court is poised to rule on a major case that will likely reverse the Roe V. Wade decision.

Judge Jackson’s stance on this subject will be crucial if she is nominated to the country’s top court. The citizens of the United States need to know where she stands. She isn’t even replying for either side in this instance.
