HUGE LOSS FOR DEMOCRATS: Justice Clarence Thomas Declares Support For Overturning Roe V. Wade – “Abortion is not protected in the constitution”

Republican Missouri Senator Josh Hawley in his recent interview with Breitbart News said that Roe V. Wade is the greatest injustice of our lifetime and the Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) has an opportunity to correct it.

This comes after the first day of oral arguments in the SCOTUS. Sen. Hawley predicts the SCOTUS could rule 6-3 in favor of upholding the Mississippi law and overturn the controversial abortion decision.

“It would mean the reaching of a landmark goal that I mean, frankly, I have to say just personally, that Roe is one of the reasons that the major reason that I went into politics, and I think that’s true for many, many other people. That’s one of the major reasons I was interested in the law. And this is the greatest injustice of our lifetimes.” He said.

“I think you’d see real deliberation for the first time in 50 years because the public would actually get to weigh in and their voices would actually matter,” he added.

“I just have to say that someone who believes that that row is one of the worst decisions ever handed down by the Supreme Court, I think it would be a monumental moral landmark and reverse a great injustice.” He further added.

The SCOTUS began hearing oral arguments earlier this month in the Mississippi law that effectively bans all abortions after 15 weeks.

Associate Justice Clarence Thomas presented some compelling questions for the pro-choice liberal lawyers.

“Would you specifically tell me, specifically state what the right is, is it specifically abortion? Is it a liberty? Is it liberty? Is it autonomy? Is it privacy?” Thomas asked the pro-choice lawyers.

Many pro-life activists and organizations are expecting a huge win in this case given the SCOTUS structure right now.
