On Monday, the Senate leaders released the details of the long-debated Ukraine/Border Supplemental Funding to the public.

However, for many, this bill only authorizes the invasion of the border while funneling billions of funds to Biden’s war — including a staggering $60 billion to support Ukraine’s prolonged conflict with Russia, $14 billion for Israel, and billions more for “humanitarian assistance.”

Lawmakers slammed the Senate for allocating a measly $20.23 billion to address the border crisis.

The bill also proposed “work authorization for an individual who is determined to be a child,” as well as loosening regulations in employing new border agents and asylum processors.

The senators proposed taking down polygraph screenings among new applicants and proposed a pay increase for asylum handlers by an additional 15 percent. While only earmarking a few hundred million for border wall construction.

Moreover, the Senators provided guidelines for border emergency authority. According to the summary of the bill: “The “border emergency authority” may be exercised if the 7-day average number of cumulative encounters of inadmissible aliens is between 4,000 and 5,000 per day and must be exercised if the 7-day average is above 5,000 per day. Exercise of the authority is also required if the number of encounters on a single day exceeds 8,500. Unaccompanied minors from non-contiguous countries are not included in the total number of encounters for the purposes of this section.”

To put it simply, the federal government can only use this tool “right away” if more than 8,500 migrants arrive at the border without permission. Which therefore allows entry of 1.8 million undocumented migrants yearly.

The proposal also provides work authorization for foreign fiancees, spouses, or children of either U.S. citizens or H-1B visa holders, which would likely cause a surge of migrant entry, warned by House Republicans.

It will also grant 250,000 immigrant visas for the next five fiscal years.

The House and a coalition of Senate Republicans have earlier declared opposition to the bill, which they dubbed the “Invasion Authorization Act.”

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer attempted to threaten the House lawmakers, issued an ultimatum, and warned that failure to approve the bill would lead to American involvement in the Ukraine war. He moves that the Senate must vote on Wednesday.

However, many had already blasted Biden’s participation in the Kyiv conflict, as the country wasn’t even a member of NATO, which meant that the U.S. had no responsibility to protect it against invasion.

As a result, 20 senators have publicly denounced the bill, while 29 are still mum on their opinion on the legislation.

Several lawmakers and individuals also scrutinized the legislation.

Former president Donald Trump was among the first to denounce the Senate Ukraine/Border supplemental funding bill, which he described as “a death wish for the Republican Party.”

“It takes the HORRIBLE JOB the Democrats have done on Immigration and the Border, absolves them, and puts it all squarely on the shoulders of Republicans,” Trump posted, adding: “Don’t be STUPID!!! We need a separate Border and Immigration Bill. It should not be tied to foreign aid in any way, shape, or form! The Democrats broke Immigration and the Border. They should fix it.”

Furthermore, the bill failed to provide clear provisions on border security and instead authorized more migrants to enter the already overwhelmed system.

House Republicans earlier slammed the bill and said, “Any consideration of this Senate bill in its current form is a waste of time.”

“It is DEAD on arrival in the house.”

Senator J.D. Vance (R-Ohio) echoed House GOPers’ message and said, “These are sort of pretty massive concessions to Democratic policy goals.”

For Gov. Greg Abbott, the border bill “stripped” Texas enforcement “powers.”

Sen. James Lankford (R-Oklahoma), who co-authored the bill, received an earful of criticisms among fellow Republicans.

Lankford was slammed for allowing the creation of the bill, which only compromised border security and the GOP stance on the issue.

Even social media users are disgruntled with the legislation.

The Raging Patriot co-founder Nicholas Pagnotta blasted the bill expressing that it will “legalize illegal immigration and force any GOP legal opposition to end up in Democrat controlled courts where Biden would get favorable outcomes.”

Pagnotta concluded, “If America Last was ever a bill, this one is it.”

Social media influencer and Raging Patriot staffer Gary Ruot called out the liberals in the Senate for “incentivizing slavery.” He also slammed the lawmakers for failing to address human trafficking brought by the surge of undocumented migrants.
