As the federal government along with many democrat-run states and cities are enforcing tyrannical lockdowns and vaccines, mask mandate laws across the country, a patriot California sheriff on Monday came forward to protect Americans constitutional right stating that he “will not enforce the vaccine mandate” on his department.
“Over the past couple of weeks, the idea of forced vaccination has caused much concern across the entire country, I will not enforce the vaccine mandate on Sheriff’s Department employees.” Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said in a statement last week.
He further explained his stance by adding that it is his job and constitutional duty as a public servant to protect “from the criminal element, as well as being the last line of defense from tyrannical government overreach.”
“The government has no ability and no authority to mandate your health choices,” he said. “As your sheriff, I have an obligation to guard your liberty and freedom.” He added
Sheriff Bianco has never mentioned that he is an “anti-vaxer” He is simply defending American liberties by not enforcing tyrannical vaccine mandate laws issued by the democrat-run state and local governments.
“That decision should be made in consultation with your doctor after discussing the potential benefit and the potential negative side effects” he added. “It is time our government and our politicians come to the realization that the only reason they exist is because `we the people’ formed our government to secure the blessings of individual liberty and freedom.”
This is not the first time that Sheriff Bianco is challenging the state’s unconstitutional orders. In December 2020, he openly called out Governor Gavin Newsom for his hypocritical behavior of closing public schools and sending his children to in-person private schools as well as dining at an indoor facility while closing down the state at the same time.
Sheriffs like Chad Bianco are leading an example of patriotic government officials who are risking their careers by challenging the liberal government’s tyrannical laws and not enforcing them to protect people’s constitutional rights.
