Breaking: Federal Judge Stands Up To Joe Biden, Blocks Biden From Imposing Restrictions To ICE ‘A Great Victory For The Rule Of Law’

It’s a sad day when we excitedly cheer for the law preventing a tyrannical madman from imposing his harsh rules on others. How did we get here? When did we need the law to step up and prevent our President from harming our country?

President Biden’s carelessness at the border has burdened America with inconceivable damage. The influx of illegal aliens (and criminals) will push our legal and financial system to the brink. Though, an argument could be made that Biden passed the brink long ago.

Sleepy Joe and his nefarious puppeteer attempted to place limits on the arrest authority of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE). Southern District of Ohio Judge Michael Newman blocked the heinous move after a lawsuit was filed by Republican Attorneys General of Arizona, Montana, and Ohio. 

Judge Newman issued a preliminary injunction stopping Biden from imposing the new guidelines on punishments for illegal immigration.

Despicable. Plain and simple. A federal judge had to block President Biden from getting in the way of our first-responders.

Judge Newman said this about his order: “The States sue because they believe DHS skirted Congress’s immigration enforcement mandates when it issued a policy that prioritizes certain high-risk noncitizens for apprehension and removal. DHS contends that seemingly mandatory statutes must be read flexibly to permit efficient law enforcement.

“At bottom, that is what this dispute is about: can the Executive displace clear congressional command in the name of resource allocation and enforcement goals? Here, the answer is no,” the judge said.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, and Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost issued their lawsuit against the Biden administration back in November 2021 over the policy revision, which they said: “dramatically ties the hands of immigration officers, halting nearly all deportations.”

Despicable. The liberal agenda has pushed for such hatred against our law enforcement that it has now reached the top levels of our government.

There is still hope for our highest court system as well. Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court delivered its highly-anticipated ruling to maintain the border policy known as title 42.

The policy is imperative as the crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border worsens by the day.

The nation’s highest court ruled to keep the Trump-era rule in place for now, while other legal challenges to the policy play out in other courts.

“The expected Dec. 21 expiration of the policy — which has cited the pandemic to allow border officials to rapidly expel migrants and asylum seekers at the border for more than 2.5 years — was delayed after the Supreme Court intervened at the request of Republican challengers,” Axios news outlet reported. “The Supreme Court approved a last-minute effort by 19 GOP-led states to block the termination of Title 42.”

Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs Marsha (Catron) Espinosa said the department will enforce the policy.

“As required by today’s Supreme Court order, the Title 42 public health order will remain in effect, and individuals who attempt to enter the United States unlawfully will continue to be expelled to Mexico or their home country,” she tweeted.

“People should not listen to the lies of smugglers who take advantage of vulnerable migrants, putting lives at risk. The border is not open, and we will continue to fully enforce our immigration laws.”

As we should. And we shouldn’t have to block the President’s policies in order to do it. It’s a good thing America is built on the rule of law.

That’s the true power of America. We can’t be swayed by the wicked designs of evil-doers, even if said designs come from the President.
