A tremendous hope for freedom-loving Americans, 27 states have now filed lawsuits against the Biden administration over the federal vaccine mandate on private businesses that have over 100 employees.
According to a new Biden administration policy, starting January 4, 2022, all private employers that employ over 100 employees must mandate vaccines to their staff. Employees who don’t comply with this tyrannical police, must get weekly negative tests and abide by mask-wearing. Businesses that do not comply with this policy could face fines up-to $14,000 per violation.
Biden’s Department of Labor and its ‘Occupational Safety and Health Administration’ [OSHA] lead by Douglas L. Parker is enforcing this mandate.
26 out of these 27 states have Republican attorneys general. And 24 of these states have Democrat governors.
Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah together a lawsuit in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals that had issued a temporary block on the Biden mandate citing ‘constitutional issues’ raised by the plaintiffs.
Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and West Virginia also joined in filing their lawsuit in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. In this group, Idaho falls under the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and Kansas and Oklahoma together fall under the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and West Virginia under the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Indiana is reported to file its lawsuit in the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming are filing their suits in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
And finally, Alabama, Florida, and Georgia are in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Several businesses and religious groups have also joined with the states’ petitions to protest this mandate.
One of the most well-known companies is the conservative media The Daily Wire they are citing the idea that employers will have to track which workers have been vaccinated and treat those who have received shots differently from those who have not.
“What the government is asking us to do is discriminate against our own employee over their own personal health care decisions,” Daily Wire CEO Jeremy Boreing said in a statement.

This is serious over reach that needs to be stopped. The Federal government has no business reaching out into the private sector to regulate a health concern like this. This is clearly specifically prohibited by the US Constitution.
