Appeals Court Reduced Trump’s Bond to $175 Million in Civil Fraud Case

The Appeals Court handed over a colossal slap against Communist Judge Arthur Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James as it ordered to cut down President Donald Trump’s bond to $175 million on Monday.

Furthermore, the court agreed to block the collection of the judgment if Trump and his legal team can submit the $175 million required bond within ten days.

Trump initially had a Monday deadline to pay James and Engoron a $454 million bond or face a seizure of New York assets.

According to a report from the Financial Times, the five-judge panel’s verdict also included the delay of the enforcement of non-monetary penalties issued in the case, such as the 3-year ban on Trump running businesses in New York.

Before the appellate court’s verdict, Trump hit Engoron’s $454 million ruling on Truth Social and said, “Even though I did nothing wrong, a Radical Left New York Judge, a true Trump Hater, Arthur Engoron (Are we allowed to speak about his Unconstitutional Gag Order?), picked a number out of THIN AIR, $355,000,000, plus interest (reminiscent of John Lovitz, ‘The Liar,’ on SNL when it was good), & wants me to bond it, which is not possible for bonding companies to do in such a high amount before I can even appeal. That is CRAZY!”

“If I sold assets, and then won the appeal, the assets would be forever gone,” he exclaimed.

“Also, putting up money before an appeal is very expensive. When I win the appeal, all of that money is gone, and I would have done nothing wrong. The crooked judge, who has already been overturned 4 times in this case (a record!), fully understands this. He gave us a demand that he knows is impossible to do.”

The former president then welcomed the appeals court ruling and said that he and his attorneys “will abide by the decision of the Appellate Division and post either a bond, equivalent securities, or cash.”

Furthermore, Trump quipped, “This also shows how ridiculous and outrageous Engoron’s original decision was at $450 million.”

He also pleaded not guilty to all the accusations thrown at him: “I did nothing wrong, and New York should never be put in a position like this again. Businesses are fleeing, violent crime is flourishing, and it is very important that this be resolved in its totality as soon as possible. Thank you!”

Meanwhile, as he entered a pre-trial hearing on a separate case last Monday, reporters asked President Trump, “What will the collateral be for his $175 million bond?”

Trump replied, “Cash.”

The ruling was also met with approval by X users.

The Raging Patriot’s Gary Ruot called Trump a “legend.”

Comedian Terrence Williams toasts Letitia James, saying the New York AG “is having a bad day.”

While Nicholas Pagnotta, co-founder of the Raging Patriot, wrote on X, “No matter how many times liberals attack Donald Trump, he can count on my vote this November!”

“This is just the beginning of President Trump’s victory, he’s going to win this political battle,” remarked another X user.
