Panic Mode On for Liberals: Rep. Adam Schiff Fears Trump Will Put Him In Prison if Reelected

The thought of President Donald Trump now poised for a comeback at the White House sends shivers down California Rep. Adam Schiff’s spine.

In an interview with The Los Angeles Times, Schiff is now freaking out that Trump would imprison him, despite no imminent threats from the former president.

“We’re taking this seriously because we have to,” Schiff said.

“We’ve seen this movie before… and how perilous it is to ignore what someone is saying when they say they want to be a dictator.”

It looks like Cong. Schiff is watching too many movies.

Schiff was among the now-defunct J6 select committee led by former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

His fears stemmed from Trump’s remarks that the J6 House panel should be held accountable.

Schiff, who was known for his absurd theories, also alluded to the fact that the Supreme Court is out to defend Trump amid a politically charged prosecution accusing the former president of fraud related to the 2020 election.

“I’m fearful that the Supreme Court is deliberately slow-walking this,” Schiff cried.

He also wants the MAGA leader to stop his claim on presidential immunity.

The claim is borderline frivolous; they’re drawing it out just enough to make it almost impossible to try [the cases] before the election,” he added.

“It’s still possible to get it done, and I think voters deserve to have that information.”

Schiff was also joined by Rep. Zoe Lofgren, another California representative who worries that Trump will hold them responsible for the weaponization of the justice system against January 6 patriots.

“If he intends to eliminate our constitutional system and start arresting his political enemies, I guess I would be on that list,” said Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-San Jose).

“One thing I did learn on the committee is to pay attention and listen to what Trump says, because he means it.”

Former Rep. Liz Cheney, a RINO who has long sold his soul to the liberals, remarked that Trump has been delaying the prosecution against him.

“It cannot be the case that a president of the United States can attempt to overturn an election and seize power and that our justice system is incapable of holding him to account before the next election,” Cheney remarked.

Members of the former J6 select committee are now working double time to escape possible prosecution and ensure Trump does not reclaim the Oval Office.

On the other hand, a House Republican investigation to determine how the January 6 demonstration ended violently is ongoing.

The House Administration Committee’s oversight panel revealed recently that some of the transcripts published by the Pelosi-led J6 panel were incomplete.
