Fulton County Destroys 2020 Ballots Without Allowing Investigation

How do criminals act with evidence at the crime scene? They immediately dispose of them. Bury them on the ground, throw them in the sea, or, just like how liberal morons in Georgia do it, destroy them before anyone sees it.

And this is what Fulton County wanted to do on the ballots for the highly contested 2020 election.

Attorneys for Fulton County filed a motion in court recently to lift the temporary injunction to store and preserve the 2020 ballots. If granted, this would pave the way for the destruction of evidence before anyone, or the investigating body, could unseal, copy, and reveal it to the public.

They also seek additional attorney fees for this case even when the Georgia Supreme Court had already reversed the lower court’s decision that sided with the Plaintiff’s right to inspect ballots; Fulton County lawyers still demanded compensation for the lawsuit.

According to Attorney Laura Moore, representing Fulton Superior Court Clerk Che Alexander, who was also inside the courtroom, there is no longer space in a secure warehouse cage for the ballots, so they can now be disposed of.

However, Attorney Moore failed to inform the court that Fulton County, ironically, just opened a new 60,000 sq. ft. election operations warehouse. The Georgia taxpayers paid for this at an initial $30 million cost and an additional $4 million annual lease.

Attorney Kaye Burwell for Fulton County also weighed in and claimed that the Plaintiff’s argument was ‘meritless,’ but the truth is that these are yet to be adjudicated by the court.

She also brushed off earlier decisions showing Plaintiffs, Favorito v. Wan, were granted relief eight times, proving that their complaints were legitimate.

The rulings were:

  1. A temporary injunction to preserve all ballots on January 7, 2021.
  2. An order to produce scanned absentee ballot images on April 16, 2021.
  3. An order upholding two Open Records Request claims on April 20, 2021.
  4. A motion was granted to add the county and clerk as Defendants on April 21, 2021.
  5. An order to unseal the ballots for inspection and copying on May 21, 2021.
  6. An order granting Petitioners’ motion to add parties on June 24, 2021.
  7. A Georgia Supreme Court order confirming the Plaintiffs’ standing claim on December 12, 2022.
  8. An appeals court adoption of the higher order for Fulton plaintiffs on May 11, 2023.

Lead plaintiff Garland Favorito blasted Fulton County’s attorneys and said, “Watching the attorneys make such ludicrous, dishonest arguments with a straight face while seeking to destroy the ballots and charge us fees for winning arguments in court against them only serves to remind me of the massive Fulton County corruption that threatens the voting rights of every Georgian.”
