Bloomberg Poll: Trump Beats Biden, Six out of Seven Battleground States

A recent poll by Morning Consult/Bloomberg News last Tuesday revealed that Biden has been trailing Trump in all battleground states except Michigan, where the two nominees are tied.

According to the survey, Trump has an advantage over the Democratic nominee in the larger field; however, Biden is narrowly ahead in one state, where there are no third-party candidates.

In Arizona, Trump is ahead of Biden in a five-way and two-way race, according to Bloomberg. According to the respondents, the Republican nominee is ahead with 43 percent of support, while Biden is trailing by 6 percent.

When the former president matched up against the elderly Biden, Trump gathered 48 percent of the votes, while Biden had 43 percent.

According to the group, they interviewed 796 respondents from March 8 to 14.

Meanwhile, Trump is ahead of Biden in Georgia by seven points in a five-way competition. Kennedy then follows with 7 percent of the vote.

In a two-way competition, the former president beats Biden by 49 percent to 42 percent.

Competing against Biden, Kennedy, Stein, and West in Nevada, Trump leads at 42 percent, while Biden got 36 percent. Meanwhile, 11 percent of respondents expressed support for Kennedy, while West and Stein both got one percent.

Trump’s point lead slimmed when matched with only Biden.

In North Carolina, Trump leads the group at 45 percent, followed by Biden at 39 percent, and Kennedy at 7 percent.

The Republican nominee, when paired with Biden, maintained his six-point lead.

The respondents were 699 registered voters in Tarheel State, and the survey was conducted from March 8 to 12.

The MAGA leader also maintains his lead in Pennsylvania against a wider field, where he received 44 percent of support, with Biden coming in next and Kennedy at 7 percent.

The Morning Consult and Bloomberg interviewed 807 voters in Pennsylvania.

However, in a Wisconsin poll, Biden slightly edged against Trump by merely one point, while 5 percent expressed that they would not vote and 4 percent were still not sure who to vote for.

Meanwhile, in Michigan, Trump and Biden are deadlocked. Both got 40 percent of the votes when matched with third-party candidates. Kennedy received nine percent of the votes.

Five percent of respondents are undecided, while two percent would vote for someone else or not participate in the election if this were their choice.

In the 2016 elections, Trump won in the state, but Biden took over in 2020.

Despite all these, Rasmussen Reports noted that the Morning Consult and Bloomberg Poll may not be as reliable as they seemed, especially in the areas where they claimed Biden was leading or tied with Trump.

The independent media polling institution noted that the Morning Consult/Bloomberg survey was two weeks old and conducted after Biden’s State of the Union, which gave him a bump. However, that “bump” is now gone.
