The title of the ad is “Joe Biden Malfunctions.” This title is supposed to be satirical but unfortunately for Joe Biden it has a lot of truth to it. Joe Biden is known for his gaffes on the 2020 campaign trail and this advertisement perfectly sums up what Joe Biden’s campaign has been thus far. Not a lot of substance and a lot of problems.
