THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! Teen Suspended From A Catholic School for Whole Year Over His Belief “God Created 2 Genders” And Opposing Trans Students Using Ladies’ Washrooms

What is going on with our neighbors to the north? First, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau imposed a 30-day suspension of the bank accounts of the trucker protestors.

Now, a Catholic high school in Renfrew, Ontario has permanently suspended one of its students from attending school for the remainder of the year.

His offense? Last year, he protested his Catholic school’s bathroom policy that allows biological males to use the girls’ restrooms.

Josh Alexander, the suspended student, spoke out about the matter.

He said, “Offense is obviously defined by the offended. I expressed my religious beliefs in class and it spiraled out of control.

“Not everybody’s going to like that. That doesn’t make me a bully. It doesn’t mean I’m harassing anybody. They express their beliefs and I express mine. Mine obviously don’t fit the narrative.”

Alexander continued, “This whole issue isn’t about identity. It’s about biology and morality.”

St. Joseph’s Catholic High School’s principal served Alexander a trespass notice “in retaliation for Josh attending the two classes he was prohibited from” in early January Alexander’s lawyer, James Kitchen, told LifeSiteNews.

Kitchen is the chief litigator for Liberty Coalition Canada (LCC), the group representing the student.

The lawyer also explained to LifeSiteNews that Renfrew County Catholic District School Board won’t “permit him (Alexander) to attend school for the rest of the year because, according to them, Josh’s beliefs constitute ‘bullying of trans students.’”

Alexander told The Post Millennial, “They’re using it as a technicality to say that they’re not disciplining me, and it’s just a form of exclusion to protect the other students.”

And if the suspension was not bad enough, Alexander said, “I am unable to do any other form of education because as long as I’m enrolled in the Catholic board, I’m not allowed to take an alternative route of education.

“So I’m enrolled, but I’m not allowed to attend school. So right now I actually have no form of education.” Unbelievable!

Alexander wishes to appeal his suspension, but LCC issued an update stating that the school board took the “position that Josh could not appeal his suspensions based on a technicality.”

What is the technicality? The appeal is being held up because Alexander previously requested parental independence. He wants to spare his parents from being dragged into the situation.

“Josh’s desire is to appeal his suspensions on his own and through Mr. Kitchen as his lawyer. Despite demonstrating to the School Board he has standing to appeal the Board’s disciplinary decisions against him, the School Board continues to refuse to hear his appeals,” the LCC said.

Alexander was originally hoping to return to school yesterday, February 6, but when he noted that he would “continue to adhere to his religious beliefs regarding Biblical sexuality and gender,” the board responded by handing him a harsher suspension and “excluding Josh from attending St. Joseph’s for the rest of the school year.”

“As a Christian and just as a man in general, I feel a responsibility to stand up to this kind of nonsense,” Alexander said.

The 11th-grade student plans to file a human rights complaint because of the blatant religious discrimination he is facing.

The LCC is supporting Josh Alexander in his fight and is looking at the next steps which Kitchen said will “include but will involve more than a human rights complaint.”
