THIS IS ABSURD! The U.S. Supreme Court Has Dismissed Critical Conservative Case

The U.S. Supreme Court overruled the 2020 election suit against President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, previous Vice President Mike Pence, 291 House members, and 94 senators.   

This lawsuit was brought up by Ranald J. Brunson and accused the Democratic members of violating their office oaths by not allowing inquiry into any evidence of corruption in the 2020 election before the acceptance of electoral votes on January 6, 2021. 

The Supreme Court delivered another huge verdict in another case as well.

The Supreme Court declined a petition brought up by Republican attorneys general from 14 different states who were trying to get a Trump-era law reinstated. 

According to the law, the immigrants had to go through a wealth test in order to determine whether the immigrant will become dependent on benefits funded by taxpayer money.

According to a report by Bloomberg News:

The justices “left in place a federal appeals court decision that said the states couldn’t intervene after President Joe Biden’s administration dropped the federal government’s defense of the so-called public charge rule.”

The outlet’s report continued:

“The appeal had limited practical importance because the administration formally replaced the Trump rule with a more lenient standard in December. Texas has sued to challenge that step, saying it conflicts with a federal immigration statute”. 

Abbott has blamed the Biden administration for violating the President’s constitutional obligations “to defend the States against invasion through the faithful execution of federal laws.”
