“We will never seek victory in a just case against us, even if we will probably win.

“We will never surrender/settle an unjust case against us, even if we will probably lose.

The Tesla CEO did not specify why there is a need to assemble a litigation team or whom he intends to engage in court. He ended the thread by stating that “there will be blood.”

Musk is currently associated with several controversies. A Business Insider article reported that a flight attendant for SpaceX was paid $250,000 by SpaceX to settle a sexual misconduct claim against Musk, in 2018.

Musk told Insider that “there is a lot more to this story.” He also added that this is a “politically motivated hit piece.”

This allegation against Musk came soon after his announcement that he would be voting Republican in the coming election.
