Saying the election was stolen is a conspiracy. If you are a Republican saying it was stolen, you will get banned. Not if you are a Democrat. If you are a Democrat, you can say it loud and proud.

Stacy Abrams, the Democrat candidate for governor in Georgia, still cries that her election was stolen from her. She is stating that the voter integrity laws in Georgia are unconstitutional.

U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones was appointed to the bench by President Obama, so one would think that Stacy Abrams would have the chips fall into her favor.

Just the News reported:

U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones, an Obama appointee, issued the ruling, after a lengthy trial, handing a major victory to Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who aggressively defended the state’s election integrity laws from a legal assault by Abrams voter group Fair Fight Inc. and other liberals.

“Although Georgia’s election system is not perfect, the challenged practices violate neither the constitution nor the VRA,” Jones ruled in a 288-page decision. “As the Eleventh Circuit notes, federal courts are not ‘the arbiter[s] of disputes’ which arise in elections; it [is] not the federal court’s role to ‘oversee the administrative details of a local election.'”

So much for Abrams’s claims on racial voter suppression, and to get smacked down by an Obama Judge, must really hurt. Of course, Stacy Abrams wouldn’t be a Democratic politician without tweeting that she won.

“The conduct of this trial and preceding cases and legislative actions represent a hard-won victory for voters who endured long lines, burdensome date of birth requirements and exact match laws that disproportionately impact Black and Brown voters. The work over the last 10 years has been to advance fairness in our democracy that is not linked to ‘the status of minority life in Georgia.’ There’s no denying voter suppression under Brian Kemp and Brad Raffensperger. This 288-page order spells out the cost of their actions.”

The Conservative Brief reported the responses of Raffensperger and Kemp:

“This is a win for all Georgia election officials who dedicate their lives to safe, secure and accessible elections,” Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said. “Stolen election and voter suppression claims by Stacey Abrams were nothing but poll-tested rhetoric not supported by facts and evidence.”

“Judge Jones’ ruling exposes this legal effort for what it really is: a tool wielded by a politician hoping to wrongfully weaponize the legal system to further her own political goals,” Gov. Kemp said.

According to the polls, bear in mind, take the polls with a grain of salt; Kemp is up by 7 points. That may sound good, but according to the Guardian, Stacey Abrams is “hailed by Democrats as the architect of Georgia’s political transformation.”

They consider her an underdog, which, as many should know, is a great literary device and should not be ignored. An underdog story is a great tactic, and the Democrats know how to push a narrative well into their favor. She is, as they say, “Georgia’s great blue hope.”

Gov. Kemp needs to wake up and get used to the lawsuits. The left will always do this when they lose. Georgia is in for a long night on election night and for more future lawsuits if the Democrats don’t get their way.
