SNEAK PEEK: Details Emerge On Who Former President Donald Trump May Select As His Running Mate In A 2024 Presidential Run

This dead horse is back. Yes, the tedious talk of speculations about who will be Trump’s running mate in 2024 must be discussed again. Because everyone is desperate to be the first to say their prediction was correct.

New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman was on “The View,” discussing her new book “Confidence Man.” The book chronicles Trump’s rise from real estate mogul to his presidency.

The interview on “The View” is annoying to watch. Maggie Haberman answers a question regarding Trump’s opinions on Ron DeSantis from the obnoxious Ana Navarro:

“So privately, he has been attacking Ron DeSantis in the manner you just described. His weight, how he sounds, that he is a phony. That’s a big one of Donald Trump’s about a number of people. He is really focused on Ron DeSantis.”

There is some uncertainty on how much of it is truthful. This seems more like a false narrative that the left is creating. It could be a massive lie as an attempt to divide the populist conservative camp.

The Washington Post said:

The former President tracks DeSantis’s public appearances and polling numbers, according to his advisers who, like others interviewed for this story, spoke on the condition of anonymity to share private conversations. He has also soured on DeSantis, repeatedly criticizing him and telling advisers: “I made him.”

“He’s ungrateful,” Trump has said, according to two people close to him.

Even the Insider wrote an article quoting Mary Trump, who said her uncle would take revenge on Governor Ron DeSantis. So far, there haven’t been any responses from Trump or DeSantis regarding Trump’s negative remarks against DeSantis.

Maggie Haberman then answers the question on who Trump’s potential running mate in 2024:

“There’s a couple of people whose names have been mentioned, and the one that actually gets mentioned the most by people close to him is Tim Scott from South Carolina, the senator. And then Sarah Huckabee Sanders, who is possibly the next governor of Arkansas.”

That is possible since the Huckabee’s have been strong advocates of Trump. Back in August, The Raging Patriots and other News outlets mentioned that Elise Stefanik was also a potential running mate:

Two people familiar with the matter said Trump has been surveying close friends and allies on what they think of Stefanik, one of several Republican women he is possibly eyeing for the potential VP slot, though he has not ruled out a few male contenders, too. One of these people said the former President believes Stefanik has undergone a genuine transformation – leaving the moderate wing of the party to join its increasingly powerful “America First” flank.

“There is a part of Trump who thinks he needs a female VP. He definitely likes her, likely because of how effusive she is to him,” an adviser to the former President said.

“President Trump thinks very highly of Elise Stefanik. … She has been talked about in circles close to him as a potential vice president,” Chris Ruddy, a longtime friend of the former President, said. “And there’s a feeling among a lot of people on the Republican side that they need to have a woman on the ticket this time.”

The speculations on who Trump’s running mate could be is a dead horse. Trump hasn’t even announced he is running in 2024. This kind of discussion distracts from what is happening in the world. For instance, Darrell Brooks, who ran over people during the Waukesha Christmas Parade, is currently on trial. Or the fact that the left is actually pushing the idea of eliminating Putin from office, and they aren’t even considering the catastrophe aftermath that can come with such world-changing events.
