Protesters Gather Outside McConnell’s House To Demand Delay in Filling Ginsburg’s Seat

A mob of protesters herded outside Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s house in Kentucky on Saturday. This comes after McConnell recently stated that he would fill the Supreme Court vacancy before the upcoming election. Around 100 protestors gathered to voice their opinion that voters should have a say in the November election to determine who fills the vacant position.

The demonstrators chanted phrases such as, “Hey, hey, ho, ho, Mitch McConnell has got to go” and “Ditch Mitch.” In response to McConnell’s statement, one of the protesters proclaimed, “I’m not surprised, but I am disgusted. I think it’s appalling.”
