Professional Complainer Megan Rapinoe Attacks Media For Treatment Following Embarrassing Loss To Sweden

Megan Rapinoe, kneeling extraordinaire and U.S. Women’s Soccer Team Captain, is bravely telling the media to “get better” in their supposedly wicked treatment of women in sports. Her exact quote, which is dripping with unrecognized irony, is that she”… always welcome[s] the criticism,” but with the unnecessary proviso that “For women’s sports, criticism in the media still needs to get better.”

These self-pitying whinges come on the heels (perhaps kneels) of a catastrophic 3-0 defeat to Sweden at the Olympics in Tokyo, where the then-number one team in the world, America, was reminded that woke politics do not make for athletic achievements. The loss, of course, followed Rapinoe’s predictable kneeling during the National Anthem. It would seem that Rapinoe spent more time practicing her virtue signaling bend of the knee than her use of it on the field.

Reached for comment by Yahoo Sports, Rapinoe noted regarding the criticism that she knows “… what it is,” she said. “I’m on social media. I’m not a hermit.” . If one didn’t know what she is implying there, it seems that they really ought to.

Rapinoe, has been keeping the powder of her hatred for the American system in a permanently dry state, even following the shut out, saying that they align with the neo-Marxist organization Black Lives Matters by stating that “As the United States Women’s National team players, we collectively work toward a society where the American ideals are upheld, and Black lives are no longer systematically targeted.”

Following the loss, the team, still ranked #2 in the world, recently beat New Zealand in an impressive 6-1 victory, and will be facing Australia tomorrow.
