President Trump Will Sign an Executive Order to Promote Patriotic Education, Will be called ‘The 1776 Commission’
On Thursday, President Trump gave a speech at the National Archives Museum to commemorate the 233 Anniversary of the singing of the Constitution. In the speech he described the history of America and the threat of the left to demolish the heritage of the United States. He announced his plan to sign an Executive Order that would promote patriotic education in the classroom and that the order would be called ‘The 1776 Commission’. The White House has not released when the order is to be signed.
He detailed the purpose of the commission to promote patriotic education as well as promoting the “miracle of American history”. Trump bashed critical race theory, a rhetoric that claims racism and racial inequality is a result of systemic power structures. He called it a “Marxist doctrine” and condemned the 1619 Project which promotes critical race theory and has goals of reframing the history of America to place slavery at the center of America’s success.

The President expressed his deep concern that liberals are attempting to brainwash, manipulate, and indoctrinate young American minds with rhetoric that will lead them to hate their country. He said that through using different tactics like “cancel culture”, the mob, or deliberately spreading disinformation they have one goal of silencing those who disagree with them. They have the aims of scaring you into silent, obedient enthrallment.
“We are here today to declare that we will never submit to tyranny. We will reclaim our history, and our country, for citizens of every race, color, religion and creed,” he said.
