President Trump Fires at the Media for Declaring Joe Biden as the President-Elect; Says the Election is ‘Far From Over’

It’s been a harrowing, long, trying week for the country. Americans were supposed to know who the next President will be on Tuesday night, but states are still counting votes and what was supposed to be an Election Day has dragged into an Election Week. Now, many states are undergoing mandatory recounts or facing legal action from the Trump campaign because for violating their states’ own election laws; like allowing watchers to observe the opening and counting process.

Several media outlets have claimed Joe Biden as the 46th President of the United States as it seems Pennsylvania has sported blue this year. President Trump has fired back at the media and said that this “election is far from over” and promised that the election will be investigated to the fullest extent and Americans will get answers.

He called out the media for helping Joe Biden “win” and said that they are trying to hide the truth in order to turn the White House blue. “We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed.” He also said that Biden is not the winner in any states, especially the ones that are being contested. The President continued,

“Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.”

He concluded his statement by asking what Biden might be hiding. He promised that he won’t give up on the American people and he will keep fighting until the election is validated with truth and evidence. “I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands.”
