MSNBC guest calls 1/6 worse than 9/11, ‘Bin Laden Never Took Over the Capitol’

On MSNBC’s popular show “Wednesday Deadline: White House”, guest Paul Rieckhoff implied that the January 6th Capitol Protest was worse than the 9/11 terrorist attacks that took over 2,996 lives.

Rieckhoff argues that “domestic right-wing extremism” is a bigger national-security threat to the United States, bigger than Al-Qaeda, ISIS, or Iran. He went on to say “Osama Bin Laden never took over the Capitol, these people did and many of them are still out there”

Rieckhoff later stated “The FBI is looking for these people, there are 11 videos” “many of these people are against us, they are against team America, they are against the officers. And they need to be held accountable, locked up on trial, and put away”

Rieckhoff here is referring to the attacks of 9/11 that had the most devastating effect on America. Osama Bin Laden and Al-Qaeda are responsible for the death of nearly 3000 Americans, flying two passenger jets into the World Trade Center, a part of the Pentagon, and the fourth plane that crashed in a field in Pennsylvania that is said to be flying in Washington DC and likely hit the U.S. Capitol.
