Massive Win For Catholics As Federal Appeals Court Stops Biden Administration From Forcing Catholic Groups To Provide Transgender Care

Only in today’s society when a government as corrupt as Biden’s would religious groups have to fight to protect their own rights.

Doesn’t that headline want to make you puke? Since when does the federal government decide the actions of Christian entities?

Well, that’s exactly what’s happening here. The Biden administration is using one of the most over-reaching laws of the land- Obamacare- sometimes falsely called the Affordable Care Act, (as if Americans could really afford Obama’s garbage medical care) to force Catholic care centers to perform medical services for transgender patients.

MSN reported the following:

“A federal appeals court on Friday permanently blocked the Biden administration from requiring religious doctors and hospitals to perform transgender medical services that violate their conscience, becoming the second court to do so.”

That’s a little victory for Christian groups. More than one court has banged the gavel against Biden’s empirical politics.

It should have never gone to the courts in the first place. Obamacare should have never been allowed to pass through congress in the first place.

MSN continued with their report:

“The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit affirmed a lower court ruling in favor of the plaintiffs in Sisters of Mercy v. Becerra, a case concerning a coalition of Catholic groups who have challenged the Biden administration’s attempt to invoke the Affordable Care Act to prohibit doctors and hospitals from discriminating against transgender patients.

“The Catholic groups, which include hospitals, a university and nuns who run health clinics, say the Biden administration’s rule violates their free exercise of religion.”

Could you imagine if Biden’s administration got away with this garbage? What would be next? Gay marriages?

The church is under attack in America. It’s no longer safe to practice a belief in God or his Ten Commandments. Biden and his cronies are attacking anyone, and apparently, any care-giving service with a moral compass.

MSN also reported the following:

“In 2016, the Department of Health and Human Services promulgated a rule implementing the probation of discrimination under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, also called Obamacare.

“The rule prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in all health programs and requires doctors and hospitals who receive funding from HHS (including hospitals that accept Medicare or doctors who accept Medicaid) to treat individuals consistent with their gender identity. 

And that’s how they get you. ‘If you want all this money from the federal government then you have to play by their rules.’

It’s a loathsome tactic, but you can’t deny its genius. Using American greed, the Biden administration has figured they can simply force people into the liberal agenda by dangling the dollar in front of them.

MSN ended their report with this win:

“An August ruling from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals similarly held that the federal government cannot force Christian medical organizations to perform abortions or gender transition surgeries under the Affordable Care Act.”

We’ll take the win. But now it’s time to go on the offensive and strike down the reprehensible Obamacare so it doesn’t have a foothold to try this again.
