Major Development: Former U.S. President Donald Trump Presents A Legislation To Counter Leftist Media For Their Biased Nature And To Oppose Conservative Censorships

A recent episode of “Jenna Ellis in the Morning” from American Family Radio featured the former U.S. President, Donald Trump. The show was hosted by a former senior legal advisor to Trump and constitutional law attorney, Jenna Ellis.

In a segment of the interview, Elis questioned Trump concerning his Digital Bill of Rights agenda to counter Big Tech and their censorship against conservatives. 

For a long time, Trump has been criticizing the tech giants like Facebook, Twitter, and Google, blaming them for discrimination and censorship. 

Trump launched a social media platform, “From the Desk of Donald J. Trump,” in 2019 to counter all the leftist media. 

Trump has been working hard for a Digital Bill of Rights. The bill is an initiative to protect freedom of speech on social media. 

The legislation focuses on online privacy protection and prohibits censorship, among other things.

Trump claims that the tech giants are conspiring with the left-winged government to censor conservative voices, and he seeks to counter these practices with his Digital Bill of Rights.

Elis stated:

“I want to focus on this interview for your campaign for 2024 and some of the policy initiatives that you are promising us because you have always made promises, and you’ve kept your promises,” Ellis began.

She added:

“In terms of the Digital Bill of Rights, you foresaw how Big Tech was colluding with the Deep State to censor the American people, and one of your best policy initiatives so far that I’m excited about is the Digital Bill of Rights. So what are your thoughts on the Twitter Files and protecting our right to speak freely in the digital public square.”

Trump replied: 

“When you look at the collusion and what took place with the FBI and Twitter and the Twitter Files, but this is just a small part of the Twitter Files, but a very important part.”

He added:

“How they were silenced and maybe they were doing the silencing, I don’t know, but it’s the same result how they were silenced having to do with all of the corruption that was done by Democrats on many fronts but also the whole Hunter Biden laptop from hell.”

Trump further added: 

“When you see that, and when you saw what happened, people were shocked by it. That basically government was controlling free speech, and they were controlling it strongly, and saying what you could talk about, what you can’t, and they were trying to do it in a polite way.”

He continued: 

“But I guarantee it at the time it was done it wasn’t very polite. So when you see that happening, it had a tremendous impact on the election. This was a shocking event to see, and we are going to make sure that doesn’t happen again.”

Trump’s message concerning freedom of speech and his fight against big tech will most likely be a crucial part of his political campaign.
