The House Republican Party has made public a collection of documents and emails that shows the to influence by the Biden administration and interference in federal investigations. On the recent occasion, Chairman James Comer (R-KY) disclosed information regarding financial transfers made to Hunter Biden from individuals in China.

At the heart of this collection of documents is Delaware Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf, who allegedly obstructed agents from pursuing an inquiry into then-Vice President Joe Biden in relation to a Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) investigation.

In August, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley made a significant disclosure, revealing that the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., rather than being under the jurisdiction of David Weiss, oversaw the investigation into Hunter Biden. Following Shapley and his team’s decision to come forward to Congress and report interference by the Department of Justice under President Biden, they were subsequently removed from their investigation into the president’s son.

“The Deputy Attorney General’s office then claimed to us it was genuinely interested in addressing the whistleblower’s allegations, without disclosing its meeting with Hunter Biden’s lawyers,” Shapley said. “We now know that shortly after that meeting Weiss’s assistant [Lesley Wolf] offered to end the case with no guilty plea at all on the very same day that DOJ removed our client and his entire IRS team from the case.”
