JOE BIDEN EXPOSED: Matt Gaetz Tweets 2016 Video of Biden Demanding the Senate Vote to Confirm Presidential Nominee for SCOTUS Justice

Since the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and President Trump announcing that he would move to fill the seat quickly before the election, Democrats have been loudly urging the President and Senate Republicans to not vote to confirm a new justice.

Nancy Pelosi has even threatened impeachment of either President Trump or Attorney General William Barr as a way to halt the confirmation proceedings. Democrats keep saying that the next President should be the one to appoint the next justice, and to that Kayleigh McEnany says “Article 2 Section 2 of the Constitution clearly states that the President ‘shall nominate’ justices to the Supreme Court when a vacancy occurs. No matter the time, no matter the politics of the day, the President is the President. There’s nothing in the Constitution that says the President stops being the President in an election year.”
