Jim Jordan BLASTS Dems Partisan “1/6 Select Committee”
On his Sunday interview on Fox News, Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio called out his Congressional colleagues serving on and promoting the “January 6th select committee”
He claimed that President Trump’s administration offered National Guard presence at the Capitol days before the January 6th event but Speaker Nancy Pelosi turned down this offer. Even President Trump encouraged his supporters to “peacefully and patriotically” make their voices heard in his infamous speech.

Many experts call this a partisan hearing as there are 7 Democrats and Rep. Liz Cheney of Wyoming and Rep. Adam Kinzinger of Illinois being the only two Republican members of this committee.
“I think the American people see through this,” Rep. Jordan said “They see it for what it is. The questions need to be asked, the answers we need to get to, deal with why there wasn’t a better security posture that day. Only the Speaker of the United States House of Representatives can answer that. And that’s the one question — Chairman Thompson said ‘everything’s on the table’ – Well, excuse me, everything’s on the table except that question. So this tells you the political nature of this entire committee.”
