IT’S HAPPENING: Chuck Schumer Admits Defeat As Hot Mic Reveals True Magnitude Of Upcoming Midterm Beatdown

It is believed by many reputable sources that the Democrats are going to be torn apart and defeated when the midterms arrive.

So then, it would stand to reason, that some of the people who for whatever character defect, choose to display a “D” at the end of their name, should want to get some practice at losing in first.

Well, here seems to be a warm up session for Majority Leader of the United States Senate Chuck Schumer.

In fact, it is now being reported by USA Today that:

 Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer told President Joe Biden that Georgia’s Senate race is “going downhill” for Democrats in remarks made Thursday that were captured by a hot mic.

“The state where we’re going downhill is Georgia,” Schumer said to Biden. “It’s hard to believe that they will go for Herschel Walker.”

The audio was captured by television cameras as the Democratic Senate leader greeted Biden at a tarmac in Syracuse, N.Y., where Biden later gave remarks touting Micron Technology’s plans for a $100 billion semiconductor plant. The president’s response to Schumer was not picked up by the audio. 

USA Today went on to report that:

Georgia Republican Senate nominee, Herschel Walker, narrowly leads Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock in the two most recent public polls of the race released. Walker, a former University of Georgia football star, has faced multiple allegations from women who say he paid for them to have abortions.

Schumer did, however, give a rosier assessment about Pennsylvania and Nevada.

Before delivering the bleak Georgia outlook, Biden referenced Tuesday’s debate performance from Pennsylvania Democratic nominee John Fetterman, who struggled to complete sentences and stumbled over words facing off against Republican Mehmet Oz. Fetterman, Pennsylvania’s lieutenant governor, is recovering from a stroke he suffered five months ago.

It was further reported by Yahoo News that:

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer thinks Democrats are “going downhill” in Georgia, “picking up steam” in Nevada, and that the Pennsylvania senate debate “didn’t hurt us too much” — all comments he made during a hot mic moment on Thursday.

The 71-year-old New York senator’s assessment of how the midterms are looking was made during a private conversation with President Joe Biden and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul while on the tarmac at Hancock International Airport in Syracuse, New York.

Fetterman’s appearance at Tuesday’s debate came five months after suffering a stroke.

During the debate, two closed-captioning monitors displayed moderators’ questions and the candidates’ answers in an allowance both parties agreed to prior to the evening, according to The New York Times.

Yahoo News further reported that:

As for Nevada, which offers the Republicans an opportunity to flip a seat, Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto is vying to stay in office in a race against Adam Laxalt, the state’s former attorney general.

Cortez Masto is ahead by just 0.4 points as of Thursday, per FiveThirtyEight.

It has certainly been a rough go for Chuck Schumer lately. In fact, we reported earlier this month that Schumer joined other progressives, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Rep. Ilhan Omar, and Rep. Mondaire Jones.

Most of the speeches were the “paint by number” typical speeches you would hear from the progressive left.

Schumer rephrases what Mondaire Jones said: “As the great Mondaire said, this is a racial justice issue as well as an economic issue, as well as a gender issue, as well as a LGBTQ issue and so many different others.”
