INSANE LEFTIST INDOCTRINATION: ‘Proud transgender women of color’ crowned Miss Nevada USA

The state of Nevada has crowned a transgender woman Miss Nevada USA for the first time in state history. 

Kataluna Enriquez, a biological male who identifies as a woman, won the title of Miss Nevada USA at the South Point Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas, beating out 21 other contestants. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Enriquez started competing in transgender pageants in 2016 while also working as a model. Just last year, Enriquez started to compete in women’s pageants and was crowned Miss Silver State USA in March.

“One thing that is important for me is inclusivity, diversity and representation. It’s something I did not have growing up and is still lacking in today’s world,” said Enriquez after Miss Silver State USA win. “Today I am a proud transgender woman of color. Personally, I’ve learned that my differences do not make me less than, it makes me more than.” To celebrate the Miss Nevada USA win, Enriquez took to Instagram saying, “My win is our win. We just made history. Happy Pride.”

NBC News also reports that the Miss Nevada USA organization also took to social media to congratulate Enriquez and shared the hashtag #bevisible. At the age of 27, Enriquez will go on to be the first transgender women to represent Nevada as the Miss USA Pageant, which is scheduled to be held on November 29, according to the New York Post.
