It is elementary for anyone who hears AOC talk to call her a moron. Megyn Kelly joined Newsmax’s Eric Bolling and called her “a Kardashian in Congress.” While others, such as Ben Shapiro or Steven Crowder, have called her “googly eyes” and, among other things, point out that AOC is not the brightest crayon in the box. I refer to her as a “Chameleon” because she changes her race to fit any popular narrative, plus her eyes match too. As fun as it is to poke fun at AOC’s lack of intelligence, her moronic behavior reflects the lack of civics being taught in schools.
Ms. Ocasio-Cortez was on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday and said; “I believe that lying under oath is an impeachable offense,” what she is referring to is Article II, Section 4:
Do you trust the main stream media?

“The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
“Civil Officers of the United States” does refer to the judicial branch, so I guess we can give AOC a gold star for knowing that much. What she and so many of her fellow democratic non-binary whoevers fail to understand their role in government.
The role of the Judicial Branch is to interpret the law, not to create new laws. AOC and other democrats are crying their crocodile tears because they claim that mainly President Trump’s appointed Judges Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett lied to the Senate regarding their feelings on Roe v. Wade.
There lies the problem with the left, “feelings.” The leftist media is currently showing and replaying the hearings for the Justices that overturned Roe v. Wade. They want to beat you over the head with it by saying:
“See!? See how they lied!?”
I saw Justices understanding their role as interpreters of the law, not lawmakers. In a New York Times article written by Ed Shanahan, he was supportive of AOC’s idea of impeachment. His focus was mainly on Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch, stating that Justice Kavanaugh didn’t directly answer the questions regarding Roe v. Wade. He said it was “[an] important precedent of the Supreme Court.”
Senator Al Franken asked Justice Gorsuch multiple times during his confirmation hearing. Senator Franken’s goal was to get direct opinions on cases he presented, and Gorsuch repeated he couldn’t answer. Just watching Senator Franken’s interaction with Gorsuch, it is clear that democrats like him are not looking for judges; they are looking for activists. An example from the confirmation hearing is as follows:
Senator Franken: “How do you think Merrick Garland was treated by the Republicans?”
Gorsuch: Senator, since I became a judge ten years ago, I have a canon of ethics that precludes me from getting involved in any way, shape, or form in politics. There is a reason why judges don’t clap at the State of the Union…”
Ed Shanahan from the New York time’s also shared a quote said by Justice Gorsuch from the confirmation hearing. It intended to put Justice Gorsuch in a bad light but honestly fails in doing so. The quote is as follows:
“For a judge to start tipping his or her hand about whether they like or dislike this or that precedent would send the wrong signal,” he added. “It would send the signal to the American people that the judge’s personal views have something to do with the judge’s job.”
I think it is fair to say that people like AOC and writers from New York Times can’t comprehend our constitution. The Judges did not lie under oath. Not directly answering a question with the “appropriate feelings” is not an impeachable offense, nor does it count as lying. They did what Judges are supposed to do: Interpret laws.
