Source: Fox News

In his Thursday Tucker Carlson Tonight interview, Florida Republican Governor Ron DeSantis commented on the COVID insanity and claimed that this is “probably the most significant threat to freedom in my life” and called this a “medical authoritarianism”

“They are basically saying that we are all just subservient to a medical authoritarianism whatever they think needs to be done, we have to submit to it: it’s probably, Tucker, the most significant threat to freedom in my lifetime, certainly since the fall of the Berlin Wall. DeSantis said.

“Because taking it to its logical conclusion, you end up with Australia where they’re forcing lockdowns,” The Governor added.

He also criticized the Biden administration for the border crises it has created because of its bad policies. Claiming that the White House is more concerned about attacking him than dealing with critical issues like the border crisis, economic inflation, and the rising gas prices.

He pointed out that Joe Biden made a campaign promise to “shut down” the coronavirus but is instead bringing up new rules every day regardless of evidence and science. Pointing at the border crisis and the rise in illegal immigrants arriving at the southern border from all around the globe and as per reports, some positive tested illegal migrants being transported to other states.

The governor, later on, discussed his school policy and his executive order to ban mask mandates from Florida schools. Stating that there is no data to back up democrat’s claim to force masks on children. In Florida, parents have the right to decide the best option for their kids and not teachers or member(s) of some school boards.
