Former U.S. President Donald Trump was indicted by Democratic Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Tuesday following his indictment.

The indictment involved 34 charges against Trump related to the falsification of business records. Every accusation seemed to be copied and pasted with just a change in dates.

Furthermore, DA Alvin Bragg stated in a press conference in which he clarified that the case against Trump is based on the fact that he was hiding another felony by paying $130,000 to Stormy Daniels.

When questioned regarding the felony, DA Bragg stated that the law doesn’t demand him to list a crime.

In response to the frail case, Republican Rep. from California and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy lambasted Bragg for poking his nose in the democratic process.

House Speaker McCarthy wrote:

“Alvin Bragg is attempting to interfere in our democratic process by invoking federal law to bring politicized charges against President Trump, admittedly using federal funds, while at the same time arguing that the peoples’ representatives in Congress lack jurisdiction to investigate this farce. Not so. Bragg’s weaponization of the federal justice process will be held accountable by Congress.”

The lawsuit against Trump is ridiculous and is political expulsion to defeat the top candidate for the 2024 presidential run.

The judge did not impose a gag order on Donald Trump, though, he did advise Trump to stay away from social media and not to use such statements that might give rise to violence.
