Former Governor Of Arkansas William Asa Hutchinson Becomes The Third Republican To Officially Declare His 204 Presidential Candidacy

Last Sunday, the former GOP Governor of Arkansas, William Asa Hutchinson, unveiled his nomination for the upcoming 2024 presidential run.
Hutchinson will be the third GOP lawmaker to declare his candidacy for the presidential run.
He will be competing with Donald Trump and the former governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley.
Though, few other renowned political figures have yet to declare their candidacy. The famous entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy has also joined the Republican party as the primary.
Hutchinson informed ABC News:
“I have made a decision, and my decision is I’m going to run for president of the United States. While the formal announcement will be later in April, in Bentonville, I want to make it clear to you… I am going to be running. And the reason is, I’ve traveled the country for six months, I hear people talk about the leadership of our country. I’m convinced that people want leaders that appeal to the best of America, and not simply appeal to our worst instincts.”
Hutchinson has been considering the possibility of the 2024 presidential run for several months and secured backing from a new super PAC in Feb.
At the moment, his only rivals are former U.S. President Donald Trump and South Carolina governor Nikki Haley.
Moreover, former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence might also declare his candidacy soon.
On the other hand, the GOP Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis might also declare his candidacy and is believed to be the most credible competitor for Donald Trump.
Moreover, there are rumors that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo might declare his nomination for the 2024 presidential run as well.
