Former National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe confirmed on Monday that Special Counsel John Durham is aware that former President Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden were clearly cognizant of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s plot to trap then-GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump in a Russian collusion plot in 2016 according to Conservative Brief.

Ratcliffe, a former federal prosecutor and Texas congressman who served as Trump’s Director of National Intelligence stated unequivocally that Obama and Biden were aware of the 2016 Clinton campaign’s efforts to “infiltrate” internet servers at Trump Tower and then in the Trump White House in order to uncover conspiratorial links between the then-president and the Russian government.

According to the Daily Mail’s Ratcliffe, former CIA Director John Brennan informed Obama and the then-president and Vice President Biden in 2016 about claims that Clinton was attempting to manufacture Trump’s ties to Russia in order to divert attention away from the crisis surrounding her lost emails.

On Monday, the former DNI also told Fox News Digital that there is “enough evidence” to indict “many individuals” in Special Counsel John Durham’s inquiry into the origins of the Russia investigation into former Donald Trump.

Ratcliffe’s remarks follow Durham’s bombshell filing late last week, which was widely overlooked by major media sites, alleging that Hillary Clinton’s campaign funded an operation to enter Trump Tower and White House systems in search of information on the new president.

According to a CIA Counterintelligence Operational Lead (CIOL) first revealed when a highly classified version became declassified in October 2020, Clinton reportedly authorized in the 2016 election a plan involving US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers disrupting US elections as a method of deflecting the public from her use of a private email server.

The CIA submitted the September 2016 document to then-FBI Director James Comey and then-Deputy Assistant Director of Counterintelligence Peter Strzok, who was connected with Lisa Page.

Following Durham’s original filing, Trump reacted angrily on Monday, claiming that what Clinton allegedly committed was a far more serious felony than Watergate.

The former president provided his perspective on the matter, which was released later this week. He reaffirmed his assertions that the Clinton campaign spied on him in his remarks.

Previously, he stated, “the new filing from Special Counsel John Durham reveals clear proof that my campaign and presidency were spied on by agents paid by the Hillary Clinton Campaign in an attempt to build an entirely phony connection to Russia.”
