DISGUSTING: ‘Activists’ drape ‘God Bless Abortions’ banner over Christ of the Ozarks monument—locals FIGHT BACK

A group of pro-abortion demonstrators draped a “God Bless Abortions” banner over a Christ of the Ozarks monument in Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
InDecline, an art activist organization, took responsibility for the demonstration and claimed they disguised themselves as construction workers in order to hang the 65-foot-tall sign. The activists were opposing the state’s latest anti-abortion bill, which essentially bans the practice state-wide.

InDecline said their demonstration was a “direct response to the dramatic attempts being made in Arkansas and throughout the South, to ban abortion services to women in need.” In March, FBA reported, “Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has signed into law Senate Bill 6, the Arkansas Unborn Child Protection Act, which aims to abolish abortion in Arkansas and protect the lives of unborn children and all human life.”
Randall Christy, the curator of the monument, said he will be suing InDecline for trespassing and vandalism. “Lord help them,” Christy said. “Maybe he’ll somehow touch them and make them realize how bad that message really is.” The organization’s previous installations include nude statues of then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump and vandalization of an anti-abortion billboard in Mississippi. InDecline says this will not be their last pro-abortion demonstration.
