According to the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service’s Facebook page, Russia plans to use the war as a pretext to get Belarus into the fray. According to current intelligence, around 300 Belarusian tanks are presently reaching the Belarusian-Ukrainian border.

The proclamation comes on the heels of Florida Senator Marco Rubio’s warning that Russian President Vladimir Putin may use cyber or nuclear weapons. In a tweet on Monday, the senator warned that “something is wrong” with Putin, whom he believes has become “much more dangerous” than previously.

“I wish I could share more, but for now, I can say that it’s pretty obvious to many that something is off with #Putin. He’s always been a killer, but his problem now is different & significant.” 

According to the senator. Rubio appears to be in possession of classified material that he is unable to reveal. When reporters sought to interview President Joe Biden on the Russia-Ukraine issue on Monday, he did not respond. After spending the weekend in Delaware, Biden returned to the White House on Monday.
