Breaking: Twitter Owner Elon Musk RUTHLESSLY Fires Back At AOC In Response, “Your feedback is appreciated, now pay $8”

For fairly obvious reasons, Elon Musk has been in the news a lot lately. All the major (and for that matter, minor) media outlets have covered him and his shenanigans for some time. However, the activity Musk is generating in the press is nothing compared to the heat he is generating on Twitter.

Many people on the platform, presumably liberals, have been making sure the whole of the Twitter-verse knew they were displeased. One, in particular, is a former bartender and sometime Congresswoman name Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez.

In fact, it is now being reported that:

Elon Musk, the new Twitter chief known for his humorous replies, did it again. Replying to an American politician, Musk made it clear that he’s stern about his decision of charging $8 for blue tick.

An American Congress politician Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez taking it to Twitter mocked Elon Musk over the recent announcement that Twitter will now charge eight dollars for ‘blue tick’ verification. The announcement has flooded the microblogging site with reactions since then.

It was further reported that:

The politician tweeted, “Lmao at a billionaire earnestly attempting to sell people on the concept that ‘free expression’ is actually an $8/month membership plan.”

Musk responded to Cortez’s tweet by saying, “Your feedback is appreciated, now pay $8.” Musk then immediately tweeted again with a screenshot of Cortez’s website charging $58 pointing out that he is costing way much less than Cortez.

Cortez said that her Twitter mentions and notification stopped working after tweeting and later received a text message saying that she “seem to have gotten under a certain billionaire’s skin.”

The Tech Outlook went on to report that:

Musk teased New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Friday after she made a remark about a “billionaire with an ego problem.”

The exchange occurred as Musk, who persuaded Twitter to accept a $44 billion buyout this week, has been making headlines by tweeting about politics and making the social media platform more fun.

“Tired of having to collectively stress about what explosion of hate crimes is happening bc some billionaire with an ego problem unilaterally controls a massive communication platform and skews it because Tucker Carlson or Peter Thiel took him to dinner and made him feel special,” Alexandria Ocasio said in a tweet.

It was further reported that:

Musk responded by telling the New Yorker, “Stop hitting on me, I’m really shy.” He also included a smiling and blushing emoji.

This comes in the wake of the “Squad” member’s reaction to criticism over a photo obtained by National Review in late December showing Ocasio-Cortez in Florida enjoying a cocktail without a mask while on vacation with her boyfriend in Miami Beach.

Ocasio-Cortez responded to Musk in a since-deleted tweet, saying the billionaire she was referring to was Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. Before the exchange was removed, some users posted a screenshot of it.

I don’t really know if it’s encouraging or maddening that Cortez apparently has time during her presumably busy schedule get into petty nonsense on Twitter. However, we published around the middle of last month that

AOC is constantly getting booed at Town Halls. Last week AOC was called to the mat about her voting record in Congress. One protester said, “None of this matters unless there’s a nuclear war, which you voted to send arms and weapons to Ukraine. Tulsi Gabbard, she’s left the Democratic Party because they are a bunch of war hawks…You ran as an outsider, yet you’ve been voting to start this war in Ukraine. You’re voting to start a third nuclear war with Russia and China. Why are you playing with the lives of American citizens? You’re playing with our lives!”
