BREAKING: The Kremlin Fires Back At President Joe Biden For Referring To Putin As A “War Criminal” And A “Murderous Dictator”

On Friday, President Vladimir Putin’s administration engaged in a verbal spat with Joe Biden, releasing a stinging retort to the US president’s previous remarks about his Russian counterpart.

In remarks to reporters, Biden referred to Putin as a “war criminal” and a “murderous dictator” for the reported acts of some of his forces operating in Ukraine during their invasion late last month.

According to reports, Russian soldiers attacked multiple civilian sites in Ukrainian cities, killing women and children.

“We hear and observe things that are basically personal attacks to President Putin,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in Moscow.

“Given Mr. Biden’s irritation, exhaustion, and occasionally forgetfulness…fatigue that leads to violent comments, we will refrain from making severe judgements so as not to generate additional aggressiveness.” he said.

“We consider such language by the head of state, whose bombs murdered hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world, to be inappropriate and terrible,” Peskov stated.

According to Fox News, Putin gave a speech to the Russian people on Thursday that blasted the West in general and sounded “Stalinesque” to some observers. Putin is adjusting his rhetoric following his stalled invasion of Ukraine, touching on Stalinist nostalgia and patriotic themes to boost public support for the war, which he calls a “special military operation” and claims was launched as a defensive measure.

According to a transcript of his statements, Putin laced his remarks with “Stalin-esque” dog whistling and threats of a “fifth column” of Russian “scum and traitors” attempting to undermine his objectives from inside. “The West, collectively, is attempting to fragment our society… in order to instigate a civil war in Russia through the fifth column,” he stated.

“The aim is for Russia to implode.” He also called for “self-purification” to rid his nation of critics of his war effort, while accusing the West of “cancelling” Russia on the global arena. He also stated that Europe had “unified” against his nation in response to “Hitler’s onslaught.”

As he spoke, a sign on stage read, “For a world without Nazism,” in Russian; before sending his forces into Ukraine, Putin said Kyiv was ruled by “neo-Nazis” and “drug addicts.”

“The Russian people will always be able to distinguish real patriots from slime and traitors and will simply spit them out like an insect that accidently flew in and got stuck in your mouth,” Putin added.

“I am certain that the required self-cleansing of society will only enhance our country, our togetherness, and our preparedness to face any problems.” Biden lambasted Russia and criticized Putin’s invasion on Wednesday, following Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s video appeal to US Congress, which featured a heartfelt request for help.

In retaliation, Biden declared that the United States will deliver $800 million in military aid to Ukraine, including anti-aircraft and anti-tank weaponry, body armor, pistols, and drones. “Putin is wreaking heinous destruction and suffering on Ukraine, attacking residential complexes, maternity rooms, and hospitals.” “I mean, it’s god-awful,” stated Biden.

“The entire world is united in its support for Ukraine and desire to make Putin pay a very high price.” Following those statements, White House press secretary Jen Psaki stated at a news briefing that Biden’s remarks “spoke for themselves,” but added that the State Department is going through some type of legal procedure.

“He was speaking from his heart and from what we’ve seen on television, which is horrific behavior by a terrible tyrant via an invasion of a neighboring nation,” Psaki explained. Earlier this week, Secretary of State Antony Blinken refused to comment on how the Ukrainian conflict could effect future US-Russian ties. “Our priority is to bring this battle to a close,” he stated. “I don’t like to guess on the future, but there will have to be responsibility for this war of aggression, one way or another.”
