BREAKING: The Biden Administration Has Declined To Deport An Illegal Alien Who Scrawled A Swastika In Union Station In Washington, D.C.

Because the event happened in a “sanctuary city,” an illegal immigrant who reportedly damaged Union Station in Washington, DC, with swastikas and has already been deported four times will not be deported a fifth time.

Under the Biden administration, this unexpected scenario becomes even more striking. Biden has yet to respond to this matter, despite having stated that he would protect minorities.

Geraldo Pando, a Mexican national, was detained last month for vandalism and is accused of drawing ugly Nazi symbols two days after International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) stated it will not attempt to deport him.

The event that shattered the nation’s capital’s primary hub for regional rail transit is being examined as a suspected “hate crime.”

An ICE spokeswoman told Fox News Digital that Pando entered the United States unlawfully as a youngster in 1990. He was originally arrested in Colorado in 2006, and he was deported three more times in 2006, 2007, and 2017.

Local authorities discovered crude Nazi insignia on columns across the front of the large structure, as well as numerous packed near the escalator entry to the underground D.C. Metro, as reported by Breitbart News.

Mayor Muriel Bowser of the District of Columbia described the event as “both surprising and unnerving.”

“This antisemitic and hateful symbol has no place in our city, and we stand united with the members of our Jewish community against antisemitism in all its forms,” she said.

Mayor Bowser stated that the graffiti was removed by a team of professionals from union station.

“This racist and vile sign has no place in our culture,” the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington wrote on Instagram, calling the date “particularly offensive.”

Pando’s earlier criminal history and deportations were initially revealed by the Washington Examiner, which included a 35-page criminal history in Colorado for offences ranging from narcotics possession to minor theft, and that ICE had not tried to take him into custody arrest.
