Breaking: Republican Candidate Kari Lake Breaks Silence With A Major Announcement Following Judge’s Ruling

The GOP nominee in the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election, Kari Lake will now be filing an appeal following the rejection of her lawsuit which would have overturned her loss in the election for the Arizona gubernatorial race.

A trial court judge threw out Lake’s election lawsuit on Saturday. The trial was made to look fair to the American public, however, several legal experts believe it was “a travesty of justice”. 

“Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson issued a decision in the suit at 10:45 a.m. on Christmas Eve, shooting down all of Lake’s claims. His decision came after a two-day trial on Wednesday and Thursday in which Lake’s team attempted to convince him that a Maricopa County employee had intentionally tampered with Election Day ballot printers in an effort to disenfranchise Republican voters and that the county’s failure to adhere to chain-of custody rules for early ballots dropped off on Election Day led to thousands of illegal ballots being injected into the system,” reported by the Arizona Mirror.

On Saturday morning, Lake tweeted: “This Judge did not rule in our favor. However, for the sake of restoring faith and honesty in our elections, I will appeal his ruling.”

In his decision, Judge Thompson wrote: “Every one of Plaintiff’s witnesses — and for that matter, Defendants’ witnesses as well — was asked about any personal knowledge of both intentional misconduct and intentional misconduct directed to impact the 2022 General Election. Every single witness before the Court disclaimed any personal knowledge of such misconduct. The Court cannot accept speculation or conjecture in place of clear and convincing evidence.”

More than 200 individuals gave in statements to the court explaining the unpleasant experiences they had to go through in Maricopa County during Election Day.

However, Judge Thompson affirmed that several voters will still be able to cast their votes.

“This Court acknowledges the anger and frustration of voters who were subjected to inconvenience and confusion at voter centers as technical problems arose during the 2022 General Election,” Thompson wrote.

Lake was counting on witnesses such as Clay Parikh, who is a cyber security expert. Parikh testified that problems with ballot-on-demand printers were because by a printing error in which a 19-inch ballot image was printed on a 20-inch paper, on Election Day. 

Parikh also claimed that this was intentional and couldn’t have happened by an accident.

Maricopa County Co-Elections Director, Scott Jarrett, elaborated later on that the printing size issue occurred because technicians changed the printing settings to “fit to print” as they were troubleshooting.

Jarrett claimed that this occurred only at three polling stations and affected 1,300 ballots, however, Parikh revealed that he discovered the miss-sized voting ballots in various batches which he inspected from six polling stations.

Thompson was not convinced by Parikh’s theory about the voting ballots.

“If the ballot definitions (sizes) were changed, it stands to reason that every ballot for that particular definition printed on every machine so affected would be printed incorrectly,” Thompson wrote. “As Plaintiff’s next witness indicates, that was not the case on Election Day. In either event, Mr. Parikh acknowledged that he had no personal knowledge of any intent behind what he believes to be the error.”

Judge Thompson stated that Lake and her team did not have sufficient evidence that proves voters were declined voting ballots on Election Day.

“No election in Arizona has ever been set aside, no result modified, because of a statistical estimate,” Thompson wrote, regarding Baris’ testimony. “Election contests are decided by votes, not by polling responses, and the Court has found no authority suggesting that exit polling ought to be used in this manner.”

“Plaintiff has no free-standing right to challenge election results based upon what Plaintiff believes – rightly or wrongly – went awry on Election Day,” Thompson wrote. “She must, as a matter of law, prove a ground that the legislature has provided as a basis for challenging an election.

A lawyer representing Maricopa County stated that the county will be seeking legal sanctions against Lake and her legal team.

“Tom Liddy, an attorney for Maricopa County, confirmed to The Washington Post that the county will be seeking sanctions,” the newspaper reported.

This unfair rejection of Lake’s lawsuit shows that the American justice system is biased toward the Democrats. Several Voting fraud experts believe that the leftists are targeting red states and are trying to suppress the GOP votes.   

Voter suppression is becoming the most significant problem that the GOP is facing today and if it’s not tackled, unfortunately, the U.S. will transform into a one-party nation.
