BREAKING: On Newsmax, Rep. Meuser Proposed A New Measure, The Bill Requires Notification Of Transported Immigrants

One among several Republicans, Rep. Dan Meuser who has introduced legislation requiring the Biden administration to notify state and local officials if illegal immigrants are being transferred into their jurisdiction, told Newsmax on Monday that the legislation is a critical tool for transparency on the issue.
“All we’re asking for is notification and transparency, and we want to know about the sponsors, where these young people and/or young adults are going, so our Customs and Border Patrol don’t feel like they’re a link in the chain of human trafficking,” said the Pennsylvania Republican on Newsmax’s “Wake Up America.” “I believe that’s a sensible bill to submit.”

There was no bipartisan support for the Immigration Transparency and Transit Notification Act. Meuser pointed out that former Customs and Border Patrol Commissioner Mark Morgan has indicated that if Democrats do not support the measure, the administration and Democrats would be held accountable.
“are favorable to this terrible process and crisis at our border and will not provide any level of transparency as to the safety of those who are experiencing this treacherous trek.”
But, according to Meuser, the administration’s open-door policy at the border is causing long-term harm to the US.
“There are a number of worldwide problems going on right now, but none are as serious as this,” he remarked.

“In 2021, about 2 million arrests were made.” We have almost 400,000 people who have “gotten away.” It cannot be overstated that illicit drugs are the leading cause of mortality among Americans aged 18 to 45.” he stated.
“They’re flooding in from the other side of the border. This is not a political statement. For the sake of America’s safety, we must all work together to put an end to this situation right away.” he added
In his bill introduction, Meuser noted that he was prompted to develop the law after being notified by civilian airport workers that chartered flights conveying hundreds of illegal immigrants were landing at multiple airports in northern Pennsylvania.
The flights “landed in the dead of night, with no proper notice provided to state, local, or federal officials, and illegal immigrant passengers were put on buses to undisclosed locations,” he said on his website.
“There are many documented cases of similar situations in New York, Florida, Texas, and Tennessee. Thanks to the Biden administration’s open-border policies, every state is now a border state.”
