It just seems to be getting worse and worse for the Democrats. It often feels like they are losing Supreme Court decisions every other week and they’re poised to get torn apart where the House and the Senate are concerned come midterms. As if all that wasn’t enough, now a local Democratic candidate has been arrested for making terrorist threats. The Democrat was previously campaigning for the position of State Auditor.
It is now being reported by KATV that:
Eleven days before Election Day, the Democratic nominee for Arkansas auditor was arrested for felony terroristic threatening.

According to the Little Rock police, Diamond Arnold-Johnson had a warrant out for her arrest and was taken into custody without incident Friday morning.
A news release said that a warrant for Arnold, 32, was obtained after she admitted during her husband Arick Johnson’s trial for terroristic threatening in August, that she wrote the threatening Facebook posts that led his charge.
It was further reported that:
Police said officers attempted to serve the warrant to Arnold on Oct. 13 but she refused to comply and SWAT was called out.
“The situation continued to intensify and the decision was made not to escalate a non-violent situation, only to serve a non-violent warrant,” police said.
Arnold is being held at the Pulaski County jail.
“Earlier today, we were made aware that Diamond Arnold-Johnson was arrested by Little Rock Police. Everyone has the right to due process; however, our Party firmly believes people must be held accountable for any criminal behavior, especially candidates for public office,” the Democratic Party of Arkansas said in a statement. “The Democratic Party of Arkansas did not recruit her to run for Auditor of State, and we cannot bar her from running for this position. We remain focused on working for a better Arkansas and winning races across the state.”
It was further reported by TheCabin.net that:
“Today, I call for my Democrat opponent, Diamond Arnold-Johnson, to withdraw from the race for Auditor of State because she is unfit to hold the office. After she was arrested today (Friday, October 28,2022), I feel it is in the best interest of the people of this state that she withdraw her nomination,” Milligan said in the email. “Anyone who has an active felony warrant for their arrest should not be running for office or handling the state’s very important financial business. Rather, their time and energy would benefit more from focusing on their’s and their spouse’s legal morass.”
It was further reported that:
The Democratic Party of Arkansas released the following email statement on Friday:
“Earlier today, we were made aware that Diamond Arnold-Johnson was arrested by Little Rock Police. Everyone has the right to due process; however, our Party firmly believes people must be held accountable for any criminal behavior, especially candidates for public office. The Democratic Party of Arkansas did not recruit her to run for Auditor of State, and we cannot bar her from running for this position. We remain focused on working for a better Arkansas and winning races across the state.”
Early voting has started statewide and will run through Election Day on Nov. 8.
So, it is getting worse and worse for the Democrats. We just recently reported that The Republican candidate, Dr. Mehmet Oz, in Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate race has pulled ahead of his opponent, Democrat Lt. Gov. John Fetterman according to the latest polling.
The lead is nearly three percentage points. The same poll showed the two candidates tied last week. The Insider Advantage poll surveyed 750 likely voters in the state the day following the highly-anticipated debate. This is the first time Oz is leading in a major poll. John Fetterman, who is recovering from a stroke he suffered in May, had a difficult time getting his words out during the debate.
