BREAKING NEWS: An Unidentified Intruder Broke Into The Air Force One Facility – Base Resident Opens Fire

On Monday, an unidentified trespasser breached Joint Base Andrews located in Maryland.
However, soon after intruding, the unidentified trespasser was fired upon by a resident of the base.
It is the same facility where the presidential Air Force Planes, and several other presidential aircrafts, are held.
According to reports, this Monday morning at around 11.30 a.m. the intruder managed to gain unauthorized access to the housing area of Joint Base Andrews before getting spotted.
A resident of the base, who was inside the building, discharged a firearm.
Later on, security officials arrived on the scene and arrested the unidentified intruder. Law enforcement authorities are investigating the event.
Joint Base Andrews posted on their Twitter:
“A man gained unauthorized access to a JBA housing area. A resident discharged a firearm, security forces arrived on scene to apprehend the intruder and law enforcement is investigating the incident.”
According to The Associated Press, Joint Base Andrews is home to several presidential aircrafts such as Marine One, Air Force One and the “doomsday” 747 airplane which is capable of serving as the country’s mobile nuclear command and control center in case of a crucial emergency.
Late Monday, the Air Force stated that they don’t have anything more to add beyond the JBA tweet regarding the incident.
Officials have still not disclosed the motives behind the intruder’s unauthorized trespassing, however, authorities are still investigating the incident.
