While everyone speculates whether or not Joe Biden will run for re-election in 2024, Obama democrats have another idea.

Johanna Maska, an official in the Obama White House, said that a lot of voters from the “Obama generation” want new Democrat leadership.

And no, Kamala Harris is not it.

If she was at all popular, Joe would be sitting in a retirement home right now. They wouldn’t be waiting until 2024 to put him out to pasture.

In an article entitled, “Memo to Democrats: Beware of Kamala Harris, in 2024 or beyond,” Democrat strategist Garry South sent a warning to his party.

He wrote, “Despite her obvious intelligence, Harris just isn’t very good, I’m sorry to say, either as a candidate or communicator. When it comes to Harris and 2024 – or beyond — Democrats would be wise to bear in mind the old time-honored caution, caveat emptor.”

The president has not made a formal announcement about running in 2024, but that did not stop “Dr. Jill” from speaking about his re-election campaign.

At the White House dinner last week, she told President Emmanuel Macron of France that she and her husband are ready for the 2024 campaign according to New York Times reporting.

The Times called it “a lighthearted moment — and Mr. Biden still intends to make a formal decision about whether he will run again after the holiday season — but the fact that the Bidens were willing to signal to an important foreign ally about the president’s plans hints at how committed they are to a second term.”

“The interaction also offered a window into the thinking of Dr. Biden, who has been held up as a decisive voice in her husband’s deliberations,” the Times reported.

During the Wall Street Journal’s CEO Council Summit, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain said, “When will the president make that decision? I expect it shortly after the holidays. But I expect the decision will be to do it.”

We are getting so many mixed messages but that is par for the course with this administration.

At the White House Tribal Nations Summit just last week, someone in the audience shouted, “Four more years!” to which the president replied, “Oh, I don’t know about that.”

His response was caught on a hit mic so maybe we weren’t supposed to hear that…KJP, the White House press secretary, has one more thing to walk back.

At a White House event late last summer, President Biden reportedly told Rev. Al Sharpton that he planned to run for a second term in 2024.

So it’s everyone’s guess on whether Biden will run in 2024. His approval rating hovers around 40%, not exactly a glowing endorsement.

A majority of Americans say that the country is headed in the wrong direction, but it’s hard to predict what would happen if he decided to run again.

Look at the results of the midterms.
