Breaking: ‘I Don’t See Myself Staying’, Joy Behar May Be Preparing To Leave ‘The View’, “They Can’t Really Do Anything To Me At This Point”

Joy Behar, one of the oldest Co-Host of ABC’s show “The View”, may retire soon from the renowned television show. Variety reported that Behar was considering quitting the show as a co-host when her contract expires.
In April 2020, during an interview for her book launch “Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View”, Behar stated that she was planning to leave the show somewhere in the summer of 2022.
“I have a three-year contract,” Behar said in the book, which first came out in 2019. “But that doesn’t mean I can’t leave if I want to, because they can’t really do anything to me at this point. I don’t see myself staying for more [time]. That’s it! I could be wrong. If I’m as fabulous in [2022] as I am now, I’ll think about it. But the chances of that happening…You know, time marches on. I’m not a kid.”
It is still not clear whether Behar will quit the show as she claimed in 2019 or go on co-hosting. Behar has been criticized numerous times for her disgraceful statements regarding several personalities like former U.S. President Donald Trump and his supporters.
Behar was often seen blasting several officials from the Trump administration on the television show and even called them “recovering addicts” for supporting Trump. Previously she was also seen arguing with former President Barack Obama’s campaign manager and even gave him a shut-up call by telling him to “keep his mouth shut.”
Earlier in March this year, Behar was in the headlines because of falling on her face during a live show. She was also seen looking for help and assistance from her co-hosts as she could not get up on her own.
The live cameras did not capture the moment when she fell, however, the gasping reactions from the audience could be heard from behind. Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin assisted Behar and they were later
joined by Whoopi Goldberg to help Behar get up.
“Just stand,” Goldberg was heard stating.
Behar went on to continue with the show, claiming that she wasn’t hurt that badly and even joked it was “25 years [and] that has never happened,” before asking in mock anger “who do I sue!?”
“The main thing — just to talk seriously — when Bob Saget fell, he died,” Behar said. “If you hit your head, and you feel dizzy or you have blurred vision, or you feel like you want to go to sleep, go to the doctor. Because that will kill you.”
Earlier this year in February, Behar revealed her elitist and selfish side which was later proved by her complaining attitude regarding Ukraine’s invasion by Russia as she believed that the war could mess up her plans to visit Italy on a trip.
“Well, I’m scared of what’s going to happen in Western Europe too,” she said as if she was concerned for the well-being of the possibility of 50,000 dead human beings. “You know, you plan a trip. You want to go there. I want to go to Italy for four years and I haven’t been able to make it because of the pandemic.”
It seems like Joy Behar is a proud, self-centered television personality who does not practice what she preaches. Once, she was seen at a restaurant in New York City without wearing a mask even though she was a firm advocate of having the mask on and often lecture people about it.
It is sad to see hypocritical leftists like Joy Behar on national television, influencing millions of Americans with fake ideas.
