The previous U.S. President Donald Trump vows that he will be addressing from his Florida residence just a couple of hours after his appearance in the New York court.

The statement released by Trump last Sunday:

“President Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America, will deliver remarks at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 8:15PM EDT.”

The committed address will come on Tuesday right after Trump is summoned to the Manhattan court before the judge for his indictment at around 2:15 p.m.

The process of the indictment is supposed to take less than an hour.

After this, Donald Trump is seeking to fly back to his Florida residence to deliver his address, however, the experts believe that the quantity of information that Trump would disclose regarding the unrolling case is not known.

Manhattan’s Supreme Court Justice, Juan Merchan, who is appointed to rule the indictment, might put limitations on Trump after the indictment proceedings, which might include the gag order that will stop Trump from disclosing any information publicly regarding the case.

The former federal prosecutor, Duncan Levin, informed Insider Friday:

“I think it’s not only a possibility, but it’s extremely likely that there will be a gag order in the case.”

Levin stated that Trump might be “very limited” regarding the information he is permitted to say, a fact that can possibly halt Trump’s intention to politically capitalize on the case.

Levin stated:

“This is a criminal case now, so the rules have changed, and the rules are no longer in his purview to make. He is a criminal defendant and, you know, we see hundreds of thousands of criminal defendants across the country every day who have a lot of rights stripped away from them and he is now one of them. These proceedings are going to change his life.”
