The State of Georgia was one of the controversial battlegrounds during the 2020 Presidential Election. It was the site of the infamous and mysterious water pipe breaking that would hold election night vote tallying.

It was also the place where Stacey Abrams claims she didn’t lose the Gubernatorial election in 2018. Liberals also claim the current Republican Governor Brian Kemp and the Republican Party are racist for trying to ensure election integrity.

The fight over election reform even cost the state the Major League All-Star game in 2021. Major League Baseball decided to pull the game from Atlanta over the voter ID requirement the state will now implement in upcoming elections. The Democrats were fighting this law in the courts.

Stacey Abrams and the Democrats got some bad news on Friday. A federal judge ruled Friday that Georgia’s election integrity practices requiring voter ID and citizenship checks are legal and constitutional.

Fair Fight Georgia, which Abrams formed shortly after her narrow defeat to Gov. Brian Kemp (R) in the state’s 2018 gubernatorial race, filed the lawsuit to ask the judge to make changes to the state’s election system, arguing that it suppresses voter turnout.

The group believed Georgia’s election system violates the right to vote from the First and 14th Amendments, a ban on racial discrimination in voting from the 15th Amendment, equal protection, and procedural due process under the law from the 14th Amendment and the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

They argued the State Election Board and Georgia secretary of state didn’t adequately train election officials in absentee ballot cancelation procedures. They also alleged the secretary of state mismanaged the voter registration database.

To add insult to injury to the Democrat Party is the Judge himself. United States District Judge Steven C. Jones is an Obama appointee. He stated in his ruling, “Although Georgia’s election system is not perfect, the challenged practices violate neither the constitution nor the Voting Rights Act.”

Abrams was behind the filing of the lawsuit soon after her loss in 2018. She has made it clear, if she wins the Governor’s chair, she will move to change the voting laws in the State of Georgia. She will play her part in trying to establish a one-party system of government.

Governor Kemp was pleased with the ruling. He said. “Today, Stacey Abrams and her organization lost in court on all counts. From day one, Abrams has used this lawsuit to line her pockets, sow distrust in our democratic institutions, and build her celebrity.

Many Republicans don’t hold Governor Kemp in high esteem. Immediately after the controversial 2020 election, he came out and said there was no fraud in the election which went against President Trump. Communications between Trump and Kemp are being used in Democrat investigations of Trump.

However, they still support Kemp because conservatives across the nation view Stacey Abrams as a race-baiting fraud who is more interested in being a celebrity than a politician. Earlier this month she hurt many vulnerable Democrats with her abortion comments.

“There is no such thing as a heartbeat at six weeks,” Abrams claimed. “It is a manufactured sound designed to convince people that men have the right to take control of a woman’s body.” Even Planned Parenthood backed away from Abrams’ comments.

Abrams was already being Kemp in polls and her comments have dropped her a few more points. The upcoming elections will determine the direction of not just Georgia but also the nation. Let’s hope the red wave comes to fruition.
