As transgender activists try to push their agenda on Americans, the tide is beginning to turn starting with de-transitioner Chloe Cole’s lawsuit against a hospital and a new lawsuit against the FDA.

Chloe Cole’s lawyer, Harmeet K. Dhillon with The Center for American Liberty, sued Kaiser Hospitals “for pushing her into medical mutilation instead of properly treating her.”

Cole transitioned between ages 13 and 17 with the “off-label use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and a double mastectomy” and has decided to de-transition.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is facing a lawsuit brought by America First Legal for “supposedly illegally concealing records pertaining to the off-label use of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones on children.”

The legal group, started by Stephen Miller, filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request last September for all records concerning the use of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormone drugs on children.

AFL wanted the records from January 20, 2021, the first day of Biden’s tenure as president, through the completion date of the request.

The FDA has ignored AFL’s FOIA request. Consequently, the non-profit is suing the agency for violating FOIA and to get them to release the records.

AFL contends that the American people deserve to see the records concerning the off-label use of “gender-affirming drugs” in children.

“The FOIA’s purpose is to ensure an informed citizenry, vital to the functioning of a democratic society, needed to check against corruption and to hold the governors accountable to the governed,” AFL’s lawsuit states. “By failing to comply with the FOIA, the FDA is depriving AFL and the public of vital information needed to evaluate FDA’s compliance with the law regarding the off-label use of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones on children.”

The use of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones has come under scrutiny. Some consider them experimental treatments for gender dysphoria.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton called the use of puberty blockers on children “child abuse” and launched an investigation into two pharmaceutical companies for allegedly promoting hormone-blocking drugs for children experiencing gender dysphoria.

These drugs can leave children sterilized and may lead to other health issues like blood clots, weight gain, depression, and high blood pressure.

“The recent allegations from a whistleblower at the Washington University Transgender Clinic at St. Louis Children’s Hospital is just the latest obvious warning of the dangerous experimentation on children with off label drugs like Lupron and other puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones,” Ian Prior, America First Legal senior advisor said in a statement. Yet, while European nations are pulling back on these dangerous practices, America is putting them into warp speed with the backing of the Biden Administration.”

“The American people deserve to know exactly what its government is doing and if we have to take the FDA to court to find out, so be it,” he added.

Why the push to allow children to decide their gender?

Is it because it means huge profits for hospitals and pharmaceutical companies through life-long patients?

Or is it something more sinister?
