The scandal concerning the Biden confidential documents leaks has been going on for some time now following the discovery of classified documents from Biden’s think tank office in Washington and his residence in Delaware.
These confidential documents were discovered in numerous batches. The first batch was found in a locker at Penn Biden Center in D.C., while two more batches were also discovered in the garage and the library of Biden’s Wilmington house.

These scandalous confidential documents were handed over to Biden during his Vice Presidency under the Obama administration. A mysterious woman and the former Biden associate, Kathy Chung, was inquired by law enforcement officials regarding her role in transferring the aforementioned documents from the office of the Vice President.
Chung secured her job through Hunter Biden’s recommendation. She was responsible for handing over a “treasure trove” of contact numbers to Hunter Biden during her time at the VP Office. These phone numbers belonged to the most powerful and influential individuals in the country. She also provided him with copies of Vice President’s “intelligence briefings.” Moreover, Chung has no internet presence at all.
The first managing director of the Penn Biden Center was the present Secretary of State Antony Blinken. After him, the role was taken over by White House counselor Steven Richetti, who was further succeeded by Dr. Michael Carpenter. Dr. Carpenter gained a lot of popularity during the initial impeachment hearing of Donald Trump.
Dr. Carpenter has also worked with an alleged “whistleblower” Eric Ciaramella. He also stood by Joe Biden when he boasted about pressurizing Ukraine to terminate the prosecutor responsible for the investigation of a gas company that was giving money to Hunter Biden. It should also be noted that Dr. Carpenter was the managing director of the Penn Biden Center when Joe Biden’s confidential documents were stored there.
So, by combining all the factors, such as the low popularity of Joe Biden, the carelessness concerning the handling of classified documents, the political witch-hunt against Donald Trump over an identical issue, and the swift selection of a Special Counsel, it can be concluded that it all looks like pointing towards an “inside job”.
The GOP Rep. from Florida, Matt Gaetz, has also reached this conclusion, which is why he openly inquired if this was the actual case.
“There’s an element to this that feels like the Democrats are taking out Joe Biden,” Gaetz said.
“I don’t know that that’s the case, but I don’t know that it’s not,” he added.
“But just as Joe Biden is hardening the cement around his decision to run for president again, they start looking for what classified documents might have been tucked away eight years ago,” Gaetz noted.
The information in the discovered confidential documents is still not known. Anyhow, CNN has revealed that the confidential documents also involved Ukraine.
“Among the classified documents from Joe Biden’s time as vice president discovered in a private office last fall are US intelligence memos and briefing materials that covered topics including Ukraine, Iran, and the United Kingdom,” a source told CNN.
“A total of 10 documents with classification markings were found last year in Biden’s private academic office and they were dated between 2013 and 2016,” the report added.
The former U.S. president, Donald Trump, who will also be competing with Biden in the 2024 presidential election, believes that he is well aware of what the confidential documents are all about.
“I think they knew long before November 2,” Trump told John Solomon on his podcast from January 11.
Trump added, “I think he knew probably right from the beginning and I think a lot of it had to do with Ukraine because that was the papers he kept. And no, I think they knew about this for a long time and they didn’t do anything about it.”
When questioned how these classified documents from Biden’s vice presidency may “change the equation” with reference to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the documents found at Mar-a-Lago, Trump replied, “Well, I think it totally changes that.”
“I was perfect under the Presidential Records Act,” Trump added. “I did absolutely nothing wrong.”
The officials from the FBI took custody of more than 11,000 documents and pictures without any confidential labels from Trump’s Florida resort. They also seized around 100 documents labeled as “top secret” or “classified”. Trump has claimed several times that when he left office, he declassified the documents.
Trump has also argued that the FBI should conduct raids on Joe and Hunter Biden’s properties.
“What about all of these places that he’s got?” Trump asked. “What about his house? What about Hunter’s house? You know, who’s going to go in there like they did with me? Who’s gonna do that?”
At the moment there is a lack of sufficient evidence that indicates this is an inside job, however, speculations along with several questions from political observers are pointing toward unlawful conduct by the Democratic President.
