Bombshell: GOP Senator Ron Johnson Rips The Unjust “Multiple-Tier Justice System” Investigating Donald Trump And Hunter Biden

Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson joined Maria Bartiromo on her Fox News program, “Sunday Morning Futures” to discuss the state of our justice system under the Biden regime. 

We seem to have one set of rules for Biden, his family, and his business associates and a different set for former president Trump and conservatives. 

The discussion comes in response to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case investigating Trump. Many critics have accused Bragg of weaponizing the law for purely political purposes. 

“We probably have a multiple-tier system of justice, one for the well-connected Democrats, the kid glove treatment that Hunter Biden certainly has experienced,” Johnson told host Maria Bartiromo. 

“Is there a serious investigation [into Biden’s overseas business dealings]? We really don’t know. Certainly, Senator Grassley and I laid out all the very troubling financial transactions, millions of dollars flowing to their accounts, then flowing out to family members.”

“I’m really encouraged and really appreciate what Congressman Comer and Jordan are doing. I’m hoping that they’re going to be able to subpoena the US bank records, that we requested the information, but we didn’t receive anything,” he continued. “The only bank records we’ve gotten, this is pretty interesting, we got them from Cathay Bank.”

Financial records that the GOP obtained from the Chinese-American-owned bank, show that Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, the president’s brother, and Hallie Biden, Beau Biden’s widow, each received payments from Hunter’s business associate and their joint venture with CEFC, a Chinese energy firm.

The president denies that his family has received more than $1 million in payments but the bank records say otherwise.

Senator Johnson and Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa shared the bank records, 200+ pages, with the U.S. Attorney who is leading the probe into the Hunter Biden case.

“Is that the Chinese Communist Party, is that a shot across President Biden’s bow saying, listen, this is some of the information we have. If you don’t toe the line, if you do things that displease us, we’re going to even provide… more information?” Johnson questioned. “So we obviously have a multiple-tier system of justice.”

“This is obviously politicized prosecution of President Trump,” Johnson said. “You saw the way the news media handled the January 6 Committee there… All kinds of praise for that completely partisan effort and then legitimate oversight that the House is doing now. Now, that’s termed ‘highly politicized’ by the mainstream media…”

“It’s not a fair fight. It’s not a level playing field, Maria,” the Wisconsin senator concluded.

Senator Johnson has been sounding the alarm on the uneven system of justice for a while. He appeared on the “Kudlow” last year to discuss the problem after the FBI raid at former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

“What this shows to me Larry is not only the corruption at certain levels at the FBI and Justice Department. But really it shows it was a two tier system, it’s actually a multiple tier system. You’ve got a system of justice now that is going to protect people like Hunter Biden, people connected to Democrats to the elite.”

He said there’s a different justice system for ordinary Americans. No special treatment for us.

The third level is to go after the left’s political opposition. He said they’ve been going after Trump for the last six years.
